You can either “invest” money to renovate your house and empty out your bank accounts, or you can “invest smart” and still upgrade your house to the next level without emptying the bank accounts out!
This article doesn’t deal with rocket science, I’m scribbling down some of the simplest methods to get the next level look for your living conditions, (without being a millionaire!)
1. Upgrade or Install Garden Areas:-
No matter how small or big, a Garden area is the ultimate scenic upgrade for your house. And installing one doesn’t cost you a fortune either.
Bonus Tip:- Do install artificial turfs to your gardens for sure! They reduce the amount of maintenance required, and look much better.
You won’t believe what professional companies can do to your boring looking patches of grass. And even in the long run, installing or upgrading your garden is best done when it’s left to the professionals.
So bottom-line? Get a garden area.
2. Wallpaper your Wall!
I used “wall” instead of wall(s), right?
That’s because Wallpapering isn’t exactly “cheap”. But it is if you take just one wall at a time, and wallpaper it.
Wallpapering gives a totally new and fresh look to your living rooms. You’d feel like you’ve shifted to a new place, and all you did was invest around $100 on the wallpaper.
Even if you wallpaper just one wall every month, you’d have wallpapered your whole living room in couple months. And even if you don’t wallpapering even just one wall is the new trend anyway isn’t it?
So when it comes to “cheap but lasting impressions”, Wallpapers can be your best buddies.
3. Use Track Lightening:-
Another “looks booster” are the track lightening.
They’re basically lights which can be adjusted and tilted to any direction. They look fashionable and upgrade your “class” so as to say.
If you use the track lights to highlight your photographs, wallpapers or decals, that would just be one the best combinations you can have in your room to just re-live your life every day.
4. Kitchen Rollouts:-
Another upgrade you can get for yourselves are the Kitchen Rollouts.
They organize your stuff, make your kitchen look more spacious, and look modern.
And to top it all up, they don’t cost more than $50 maximum!
5. Re-modelling the Living Area:-
Okay let me be honest, this isn’t something that you can do on your own! It needs skilled labor and a team.
But if done, it’s just like building a whole new house, without actually building it.
The best thing you can do is, use the two-strip trims with fresh paint and a chair to create the best living conditions around your living area.
You can use other layers of trimmings and colour combinations as well. (I’m sure you’re not getting a lot of what I’m saying, so I’d say consult a professional team regarding the matter! I’ve mentioned one in the first paragraph!)
Final Words:- So that was how you can revamp your living conditions at a pocket-friendly budget. Although I’d still advice you to reach out for professional help, that doesn’t cost a fortune either.
And there’s a lot more you can do just with landscape upgradation, even before you come indoors, and I’ve already mentioned the one company I’ve worked with and have been happily satisfied with, right?
So go out and give them a try.
