Get rich seminars are quite common in many countries, including in the United Kingdom and the United States. Studies show that as many as 50 percent of people in some countries have received invitations to attend various get rich and investment seminars. It should be noted that investment seminars could be masqueraded as educational sessions to instruct participants on how to avoid investment mistakes and how to properly grow their money. But, eventually they promise us with dreams of comfortable retirements. In general, they are all about offering us products aggressively and this could hustle participants into parting with their hard-earned cash.
Many of these seminars could promise us high returns with very little risks. One of the rather intriguing tactic they use is about revealing the “forbidden” secrets that could give us 1000 percent returns or more. People with sane minds could get frightened when they hear it for the first time, but less than experienced investors could become ensnared rather easily. They may use specific well-worn manipulative techniques such as only “a few opportunities/places/slots” left. They may also offer discounts for the first 10 investors who sign up.
There are different types of these seminars, but they are often about selling us something or asking us to invest some money. They may entice participants to put their savings into specific annuities and insurance products. This would venefit high commissions for some sellers, because they could obtain up to 10 percent commission. Some well established “experts” could actually obtain $1 million for each seminar by selling entry fees and various products. So, it is true that these seminars are the actual get rich quick methods, but it won’t be the attendees who get any richer.
Hundreds of thousands of participants are attending get rich seminars each year. Experts are supposed to provide them with instructions on how to make money quickly, usually through foreign exchanges, property and shares trading. It should be noted that these experts are quite resourceful in their advertising efforts. When they sense that people are not easily fooled by get rich quick schemes, they will offer more sensible methods and claim that they also despise those get rich quick schemes. They will encourage people who are serious about having sustainable wealth creation.
These sessions could last for approximately a couple of hours and the goal is to persuade people to attend the two-day courses. Although they seem to provide sensible instructions and methods, the seminar could cost a few thousands of dollars. They will say that the fee is just a small price to pay and attendees are promised to obtain much more in the future. They would get a kit that contains books, DVDs and other digital content that actually cost much less to produce. After following a few of these seminars we could easily see some identifiable patterns, such as the presenter talks about their own story, reveals some trading secrets and tries to kick us into action.
