Moto G (3rd Generation) has the same build as the two previous G-series phones. There is a big 5-inch screen with a resolution of 720p at 294 pixels per inch (PPI). The top part of the phone has the 3.5mm headphone jack and the bottom end has a USB port for charging and connectivity. The right side has the power key and the volume rocker while the left side is left free.

The phone weighs 155 grams and is 11.6mm thick. The dimension are good enough for a phone of this size. There is Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection to save the display from unexpected falls. The phone is IPX7 certified and can survive underwater up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes.
