The second option is to look into business lawyers with experience in your industry and use them for every step of the way. Sure, you will pay them a retainer, but once you need them, you will save money on the time spent getting to know your business. It’s a far cannier option, and one that you should think about the second you break out of your bedroom or garage and start to hire people or sell anything.
